Return of the Forces (buff,buff and more buff!)

Tomorrow, all classes (excluding Legends, thief, and pirate) would be buffed in MapleSEA. The reason why the thief and pirate classes are not getting buffed is that they will receive a skill revamp instead. I have mentioned this last year in one of my older posts, so do take a look (https://nominat0r.wordpress.com/2011/11/25/kmst-ver-1-2-409-thief-and-pirate-reorganization/#more-324).  Here are the list of skills affected for every class, courtesy of the MapleSEA site.


General Warrior Class Power Up

▪ Ground Smash: Master level changed to 10. Damage increased.

▪ Power Stance: Increased effect at master level.

▪ NEW Slipstream: Pushes you past the wind to let you move quicker than the eye can follow.

Hero Power Up

▪ Rage: Damage gain increased.

▪ Self Recovery: Increased amount of HP/MP recovery

▪ Panic: Further reduce enemy’s damage. Damage increased.

▪ Shout: Damage and hit range increased.

▪ Brandish: Ignores more of enemy’s defence. Damage increased.

▪ Enrage: Increases minimum critical damage. Critical rate effect added.

▪ Advanced Final Attack: Number of hits increased to 2

▪ Monster Magnet: Damage increased.

▪ Intrepid Slash: Damage increased.

Paladin Power Up

▪ Shield Mastery: Guard effect added

▪ Charged Blow: Damage increased. New bonus effect added for each charge(Blaze Charge: Damage over Time effect, Blizzard Charge: Freeze effect, Lightning Charge: Stun effect, Divine Charge: Seal effect)

▪ Blaze Charge: New name. Damage increased. Inflicts damage over time when used with Charged Blow.

▪ Blizzard Charge: New name. Damage increased. Inflicts freeze when used with Charged Blow.

▪ Lightning Charge: Damage increased. Inflicts stun when used with Charged Blow.

▪ Divine Charge: Damage increased. Inflicts seal when use with Charged Blow.

▪ Blast: Damage increased. Ignores more monster DEF.

▪ Sanctuary: Damage increased.

▪ Divine Shield: Duration extended to 90 seconds. Increased chance to cast Shield. Blocks 10 attacks.

Dark Knight Power Up

▪ Attack speed of some spears increased from “Slow” to “Normal”.

▪ Hit range of attack skills increased.

▪ Dragon Buster: Damage Increased.

▪ Dragon Fury: Number of mobs hit increased to 8. Damage increased.

▪ Sacrifice: Damage increased. Number of hits increased to 2.

▪ Dragon Roar: Added stun effect. Number of hits increased to 2.

▪ Berserk: Critical rate and minimum critical damage increase effect added.

▪ Hex of the Beholder: Chance to eliminate a monster on hit effect added. Damage increased.

▪ Dark Impale: Chance to eliminate a monster on hit effect added. Damage increased.

▪ Monster Magnet: Damage increased.

General Magician Power Up

▪ Magic Guard: Increased MP absorption.

▪ Teleport Mastery: Damage increased.

▪ Big Bang: Damage increased.

NEW Arcane Overdrive: Permanently increases Critical Rate and Minimum Critical Damage.

Fire / Poison Mage Power Up

▪ Mediation: Increased magic damage amplification rate.

▪ Fire Arrow: New name. Increased damage.

▪ Poison Breath: Increased damage.

▪ Burning Magic: Master level changed to 10.

▪ Element Amplification: Increased amplification rate.

▪ Fire Demon: Master level changed to 10. Increased damage.

Ultimate Adventurer Power Up

▪ Condition for [Empress’ Grace], the Ultimate Adventurer creation quest have been changed from 10 Peridots to 5.

▪ New Ultimate Adventurer Exclusive quest are available: [Shinsoo’s Blessing], [Explorer Pride], [Re-Puppeteering], [Drakes Aplenty], and [Empress’s Blessing].

▪ NEW Mihail’s Soul, Haweye’s Lightning, Ickhart’s Darkness, Irina’s Wind and Oz’s Flame: Summons a spirit that automatically performs an area attack on the enemies you are fighting.

▪ Fire Arrow: Master level changed to 20.

▪ Flame Gear: Master level changed to 20.

▪ Ifrit: Level requirement for the skill acquisition quest lowered to level 90.

▪ Meteor Shower: Level requirement for the skill acquisition quest lowered to level 100.

▪ NEW High Wisdom: Permanently increase INT through mental discipline.

▪ NEW Teleport Mastery: When activated, enemies at the teleport location will take damage and become stunned.

▪ Arrow Rain: Gained chance to stun. Damage increased.

▪ Wind Shot: Master level changed to 15. HP absorption effect added.

▪ Wind Piercing: HP absorption effect added.

▪ Triple Throw: Level requirement for the skill acquisition quest lowered to level 90.

▪ NEW Physical Training: Permanently improves STR and DEX through sheer physical training.

▪ NEW Dark Flare: Temporarily summons the Dark Lord’s throwing star. Party members nearby will reflect enemy damage.

Battle Mage Power Up

▪ Auras can now be stacked.

▪ Effects of attack skills have been improved.

▪ Range of Blow type skills have been increased to make hunting easier.

▪ Triple Blow: Range increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ The Finisher: Number of mobs hit increased to 8. Damage and ignore defence effect increased.

▪ Quad Blow: Range increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 8

▪ Quintuple Blow: Range increased. Ignore defence effect added. Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Blue Aura: Changed from 2nd job to 3rd job. Defence and max hp increase effect added.

▪ Dark Shock: Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Advanced Blue Aura: Master level changed to 10.

▪ Power Stance Changed from 4th job to 3rd job. Master level change to 10.

▪ Energize: Max mp increase effect added. Master level change to 30.

▪ Twister Spin: Movement and attack speed increased.

▪ Exploding Arrows: Stun effect added.

▪ Stink Boom Shot: Defence increase effect removed. Master level changed to 10.

▪ NEW Advanced Final Attack: Permanently increase ATT and accuracy.

▪ NEW Physical Training: Permanently improves STR and DEX through sheer physical training.

▪ Flame Launcher: Number of mobs hit increased to 8. Max duration increased to 12 seconds.

▪ Mechanic Mastery: Minimum critical damage increase effect added.

▪ Rocket Booster: Master level changed to 10.

▪ Punch Launcer: Number of mobs hit increased to 6.

▪ Siege Mode: Changed to an on/off skill instead of duration.

▪ Laser Blast: Attack speed increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ NEW Physical Training: Permanently improves STR and DEX through sheer physical training.

▪ Combo Ability: Movement speed increase per 10 combo count effect added.

▪ Combo Smash: Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Polearm Mastery: Attack speed increase effect added.

▪ Final Charge: Stun effect added.

▪ Combat Step: Passive effect of Movement Speed and Maximum Movement Speed increasing by 15 and 20 respectively has been added.

▪ Final Charge: Master level changed to 10. Movement range increased.

▪ Combo Drain: Buff duration has been increased significantly. Upper limits of Max Recovery amount revised. Master level changed to 10.

▪ Rolling Spin: Damage increased.

▪ Snow Charge: Master level changed to 10.

▪ High Mastery: Master level changed to 20.

▪ Freeze Standing: Master level changed to 20.

▪ Might: New name. Increases ATT and defence.

▪ Combo Critical: Maximum cirtical damage effect added.

▪ Cleaving Blows: Monster defence ignore and damage against boss percentage increased. Master level changed to 10.

▪ Combo Judgement: Number of hits increased to 3.

▪ Final Blow: Number of hits increased to 3. Ignore defence effect added.

▪ Combo Barrier: Buff duration has been increased significantly. Defence increase effect added.

▪ High Defense: Damage reduction amount has been increased. Max HP increase effect added. Master level changed to 20.

▪ Combo Tempest: A passive effect which permanently increases the damage of Combo Judgment has been added.

▪ Sudden Strike: Final Charge and Final Toss damage increased changed to 60%

▪ The attack range of Swing type skills have been expanded.

▪ Time allotted between hits to connect combos has been increased.

▪ Damage of attack skills have been increased.

▪ Modifications do not apply to Battle Mode.

NEW Physical Training: Permanently improves STR and DEX through sheer physical training.

NEW Final Attack: Grants a chance to deal additional damage after an attack. Applies to swing and combo attack skills.

NEW Advanced Final Attack: Permanently increase ATT and accuracy.

NEW Maha’s Blessing: Increases party members’ attack with the blessing of Maha, the spirit of the polearm.

NEW Regained Memory: You recover your true power by recovering your lost memory.

▪ Dragon Soul: Effects of increasing Attack Speed 1, Physical Defense 145, Magic Defense 145 have been added to existing skill effects.

▪ Fire Circle: Number of mobs hit increased to 6.

▪ Lightning Bolt: Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Magic Guard: The rate of changing damages to MP has been increased to 85% and Buff duration has been significantly increased. Damage decrease effect added.

▪ Ice Breath: Damage increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Spell Mastery: Critical rate increase.

▪ Elemental Decrease: Changed to 5th job.

▪ Slow: Removed

▪ Magic Flare: Damage increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 8.

▪ Magic Shield: Defence and Max HP increase effect added.

▪ Magic Resistance: Magic defence increase effect added.

▪ Killer Wings: Damage increased.

▪ Earthquake: Damage increased. Number of mobs hit at skill level 1 increased to 6. Number of mobs hit increased to 10.

▪ Onyx Shroud: Master level changed to 15.

▪ Recovery Aura: Master level changed to 5. HP recovery effect added.

▪ Illusion: Damage and monster defence ignore increased. Stun effect added.

▪ Flame Wheel: Number of attacks increased to 3. Damage increased. Number of mobs hit increased to 10.

▪ Blessing of the Onyx: Magic ATT increased to 35.

▪ Blaze: Damage and monster defense ignore amount has been increased and the related bugs have been fixed. Number of mobs hit increased to 8. Stun rate increased.

▪ Soul Stone: Maximum affected target increased to 6.

▪ Onyx Will: Body attack effect has been removed. Damage reduction effect added.

▪ Attack speed increased.

▪ Modifications do not apply to Battle Mode.

NEW Inherited Will: You learned the dragon master’s true power by receiving the will of Afrien, the King of Onyx Dragon.

NEW High Wisdom: Permanently increase INT through mental discipline.

NEW Dragon Flight: Fly a long distance with your dragon.
